Postcard from Tonga - Day 1
The Vodafone Warriors tour of Tonga started off on a Sunday, so after an early morning gym session the team done what everyone in Tonga does on a Sunday - they went to church. After service it was time for a dip so the team headed to Keleti beach for a swim then after that it was high tea with the New Zealand High Commission.
The New Zealand Warriors honour the mana of the Indigenous peoples of Aotearoa, Australia and the Pacific. We acknowledge the traditional kaitiaki of the lands, elders past and present, their stories, their traditions, their mamae and their mana motuhake.
