Nielsen missed last nights 50-16 win over Canberra after picking up ankle and shin problems in the previous two matches against Penrith and Gold Coast.
After last nights match, Vodafone Warriors head coach Elliott said he expected Nielsen to be ready next week.
The one injury concern to emerge from the Canberra clash was a slight hamstring strain which resulted in Jerome Ropati leaving the field after 58 minutes.
Elliott said he was hopeful Ropati would recover for the St George Illawarra match. Playing on the right wing against the Titans he scored two tries and made 162 metres from 19 runs while last night he came up with a try assist, a line break and a line break assist.
