Among other matches played St Paul's College routed Aorere College 62-6, Otahuhu College beat Aranui High School 46-6, Mount Albert Grammar School swamped Kaitaia College 52-4 and Kelston Boys' High School overwhelmed Southern Cross Campus by the same score.
