The 18-year-old Kelston Boys High School student was one of five finalists for the award, the others being Metia Lisati, Viliami Kaveinga, prop Sam Lisone and Toafofoa Sipley.
Lolohea quickly established himself as one of the competitions hottest try-scorers, his tally sitting at 18 heading into this Fridays semi-final against the Sydney Roosters at Allianz Stadium. He has also featured in all 25 matches the Vodafone Junior Warriors have played so far.
