Vodafone Warriors team-mates Jacob Lillyman and Ryan Hoffman will be enemies again after being named for State of Origin II at the MCG next Wednesday night (June 17).
Lillyman savoured Queensland's 11-10 success in Origin I in Sydney on May 27 and has been named on the bench once more for what will be his 10th Origin appearance.
The veteran warmed up with a strong individual display in his 198th NRL appearance in the Vodafone Warriors' disappointing loss to South Sydney in Perth last Saturday night. On what was a grim night for his team Lillyman made 129 metres from 13 runs and made 33 tackles ina 65-minute contribution which saw him named the players' player of the day.
Hoffman will start in the second row again in his 13th Origin game for New South Wales. He played the full 80 minutes in the first match, making more than 100 metres from 15 runs and 32 tackles.
