Long-serving Vodafone Warrior Simon Mannering spoke to media about team mate and close friend Manu Vatuvei ahead of his farewell match on Friday night.
Mannering was empatic with his discription of the giant winger's impact on the club and playing group.
“When you think of the Warriors, you think of Manu.”
“I don’t know if there will be another player like him.”
“He’s a legend of this place."
Over and above his contributions on the footy field it is Manu the person that Mannering will miss the most.
