Cowboys: In a late change for the home side, Enari Tuala has been omitted with Gideon Gela-Mosby to start in the centres. Corey Jensen replaces Shaun Fensom (concussion) on the interchange bench. Warriors: The Warriors have enjoyed a smooth preparation after last week's road win over the Dragons and will take the field as named on Tuesday. Peta Hiku replaces suspended Sam Lisone, Adam Blair swaps to back-row with Simon Mannering to lock. Anthony Gelling and Tevita Satae were cut from the reserves on Thursday, while Joseph Vuna and Karl Lawton were the last players omitted an hour prior to kick-off.

Knights: Newcastle have no late concerns and will line up 1-17. Young prop Pasami Saulo debuts on the bench with Herman Ese'ese starting and Josh King out. Injured pair Mitchell Pearce (quad) and Kalyn Ponga (ankle) have both been cleared to play. AJ Brimson shifts to fullback, with Michael Gordon out of the side.Brenko Lee is also out, replaced in the centres by Brendan Elliot. Keegan Hipgrave returns in the second row, pushing Will Matthews to the bench. Tyson Frizell moves from second row to prop. Jason Nightingale is out, replaced on the wing by Nene Macdonald. Blake Lawrie has been called up to the bench. After Nightingale and Hame Sele waere cut 24 hours out from kick-off, Jacob Host and Zac Lomax were left out an hour before game time.
