Kiwi international Gerard Beale has been brought into the centres for the Vodafone Warriors’ 16th-round NRL clash against the Newcastle Knights at McDonald Jones Stadium tonight (7.35 kick-off local time; 9.35 NZT).
The 28-year-old Beale is a late replacement for rookie Patrick Herbert (22) who has been ruled out with a hamstring injury.
Beale will be making his sixth appearance of the season and the 182nd of his career after last lining up against Melbourne in round 13.
