Checking out key stats attack after eight rounds

Roger Tuivasa-Sheck is starting the second third of the season sharing the lead on the Dally M ladder - and no wonder looking at the Vodafone Warriors captain’s statistics.

Run through any number of the key measures and the 2018 Dally M winner features consistently.

On the count of runs, he leads the entire NRL pack with 196 – close to 25 a game – and is second for run metres with 1768 (an average of 221 a game).

But it’s not all about runs and metres gained for RTS.

He’s also third for post contact metres (571), fourth for tackle breaks (44), seventh equal for off loads (15) and 15th for line breaks (6).

While RTS is the Vodafone Warriors’ standout individual so far, a run through the team statistics provides solid reading with the side sitting in seventh spot on the ladder with a four wins-four losses record.

The highlight is the completions category which sees the Vodafone Warriors leading all clubs on 83 per cent. They’re also first for post contact metres with 5120 and third for most off loads (44).

In the defence statistics the Vodafone Warriors have fared well, too. They’ve missed just 199 tackles; only four clubs have fewer missed tackles.

Here’s a look at a range of individual and team statistics:
