Nu surprise - Vodafone Warriors captain Addin Fonua-Blake's bone-rattling shot on Cowboys front rower Reuben Cotter on Friday night has been voted the tackle of the week.
Defending 10 metres out from his own line, Fonua-Blake lined up Cotter with a huge hit midway through the first half.
The Vodafone Warriors had edged to a 6-4 lead at the time when captain Fonua-Blake inspired his players with one of the tackles of the season.
The big prop had been under an injury throughout the week but fronted up as consistently as usual.
His shot on Cotter was one of 26 tackles he made without a miss while he also gained 167 metres with the ball, the most for the team in the heart-stopping 25-24 golden point win.
