SG Ball Cup side kicking off Sunday's triple header

With a three win-three loss record so far the One New Zealand Warriors will be desperate to return to winning form when they take on the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs in their eighth-round SG Ball Cup match at Mount Smart Stadium on Sunday (11.40am kick-off).

It’s the second to last round of the regular season although the One New Zealand Warriors have a game in hand after their match against Manly Warringah was postponed last month.

They put together three wins to start the campaign but have lost three on end, the last a brave effort against defending premiers the Penrith Panthers.

The One New Zealand Warriors led Penrith midway through the second half last Sunday only to fall to a 16-24 loss.

They now sit 10th on the ladder with six points while the Bulldogs are seventh two points ahead of them. The top six teams progress to the finals.
