One New Zealand Warriors halfback Shaun Johnson was awarded the maximum six Dally M points for his exceptional performance in yesterday’s unforgettable 32-30 win over the Sharks.

The veteran scored a try and kicked six goals from six attempts – including the match-winning penalty in the final seconds – as he orchestrated the heart-stopping comeback.

He ran the ball 11 times for 72 metres, produced two line break assists and two try assists, made 24 tackles with just one miss and delivered a controlled kicking game throughout.

His six points lifted him to 14 points in total just two off the lead on the Dally M ladder.

Fullback Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad was awarded three points and middle forward Jazz Tevaga picked up one point.
