Three players have come off the injury list ahead of the One New Zealand Warriors’ sixth-round NRL clash against Newcastle on Sunday.
Available again after a long stint on the sideline is winger Dallin Watene-Zelezniak.
He picked up a calf injury in the club’s Preseason Challenge match against Melbourne in February ruling him out of contention for the first five rounds of the season.
Now recovered, he has been included on the extended bench for the trip to Newcastle.
Also available again after missing last week’s encounter with Cronulla Sutherland are captain Tohu Harris (knee) and standoff Te Maire Martin (concussion).
Among those still unavailable is former Knights forward Mitchell Barnett who will miss the chance of second encounter with his former team.
He is still recovering from the neck injury received during the club’s 26-12 win over North Queensland in round three.
One New Zealand Warriors head of performance Balin Cupples said Barnett would be looking at a three to four week period to build back into team and contact training before returning to the team.
Apart from those still on the injury list, second rower Marata Niukore is unavailable for the next two rounds serving a suspension.
