Global giant ASICS has returned as the One New Zealand Warriors’ official footwear partner for the 2024 season, renewing its long relationship with the club following a two-year absence.
With the One New Zealand Warriors fielding an unprecedented five teams this, a key element of the partnership is providing footwear for the club’s pathways and development players.
“We’ve entered an exciting new era running three age group teams in the New South Wales Rugby League as well as our reserve grade and NRL sides,” said One New Zealand Warriors general manager commercial and consumer business Glenn Critchley.
“It’s a huge operation which sees ASICS providing support for more than 150 contracted players plus football staff.
“ASICS stands alone with its high-quality football-specific footwear and its proven ability to deliver to the needs of our athletes.”
ASICS has been manufacturing sports footwear for almost 75 years, its range tailored to sports like rugby league through designs which incorporate injury prevention technologies.
“ASICS is excited to reignite the partnership with the ONE New Zealand Warriors and support the club to build on a successful 2023 season. ASICS has a strong player endorsement across the NRL squad producing footwear that provides superior comfort and meets their high-performance requirements.

ASICS partners with a range from large organisations and national teams like the One New Zealand Warriors through to individual athletes at all stages of their sporting careers.
