Captain Tohu Harris, Dallin Watene-Zelezniak and Roger Tuivasa-Sheck were all awarded Dally M points after their performances in the One New Zealand Warriors’ first win of the season over Canberra on Friday night.
Harris picked up the maximum six points while Watene-Zelezniak and Tuivasa-Sheck collected one point each.
The remaining four points were shared by Canberra’s Kiwi internationals Matt Timoko and Jordan Rapana with two apiece.
In another 80-minute effort, Harris was typically industrious making 130 metres from 17 runs, a line break assist and a game-high 50 tackles.

Watene-Zelezniak provided standout moments with his body-slamming shot on Canberra’s Albert Hopoate and his cross-field run and pass to put Luke Metcalf in for his try. He finished with 178 metres from 17 runs including 71 post-contact metres (the most in the game along with Tuivasa-Sheck) plus six tackle breaks.
Tuivasa-Sheck, starting in the centres and finishing at fullback, ultimately helped to seal victory with his first try since returning to the club while he made 200 metres from 22 runs including 71 post-contact metres and five tackle breaks.
