Maxigesic Recovery Report: Leiataua cleared

One New Zealand Warriors centre Ali Leiataua has been cleared to return to action after recovering from an ankle injury.

Leiataua picked up the injury early in the Magic Round victory over Penrith at Suncorp Stadium on May 19.

He has been named in the NRL side's extended squad for Saturday's 18th-round encounter with Canterbury Bankstown.

Utility Paul Roache (ankle) is on track to return in round 20 and prop Zyon Maiu'u (ankle) the following week.

Halfback Shaun Johnson is sidelined for four to six weeks with chronic Achilles tendinopathy.
